The seller of the goods offered in this online shop, Imperial Lace di Olga Berzina, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the Goods as ordered by the Buyer. Delivery and payment arrangements The Buyer shall place an order for the goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to pay for the goods by using the payment tools incorporated in the Online Shop or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail corresponding to the order. The invoice shall be drawn up electronically and shall be valid without signature.
The Seller shall prepare the goods for delivery within 2-4 working days from receipt of payment for the goods, delivery shall be provided by UPS, FedEx, DHL courier services.
Delivery time via UPS/FedEx/DHL: from 2 to 10 working days.
The Seller shall send the Buyer an order acceptance confirmation by e-mail. Delivery charges:
* In-store (Free collection)(after the order has been prepared, the store agrees the delivery time with the Buyer)
* UPS from 27 eur depending on the volume of goods
* TNT from 27 eur depending on the volume of goods
* DHL from 27 eur depending on the volume of goods
Right of withdrawal The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller shall send the form of the letter of withdrawal to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request. The Buyer shall return the Goods to the Seller within 7 days of the date of the letter of withdrawal. Any costs incurred in returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. If the goods were not delivered damaged, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
* Personalised order (fabrics cut from a common roll)
* Sale items
- The manufacturing address to which the goods can be returned: Via Santa Maria 17, Pescia (PT), 51017, Toscana Italy
- The customer will receive a refund to his bank account within 7 working days after the goods have been returned to the shop address: Via Santa Maria 17, Pescia (PT), 51017, Toscana Italy
-Receipts can be collected at the delivery address provided by the customer or in-store at Via Santa Maria 17, Pescia (PT), 51017, Toscana Italy
Article 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Eirpopo states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal".
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold the refund fee if the goods have been damaged by negligent handling or failure to follow instructions during use, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if the packaging of the goods is substantially damaged.
Data processing By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him/her will be used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order to the e-mail address provided.
